The search for the next Peter Parker is over. according to The Cineman Source, Logan Lerman has been tapped to play the awkward teen bitten by a radioactive spider who develops superpowers and becomes the crime fighting Spider-man.
The role was widely sought after and lots of stars had been rumored to take on the action franchise, including Kellan Lutz, Chace Crawford, Daniel Radcliffe and Zac Efron. The director of (500) Days of Summer, Marc Webb is planning on this film being 3-D with the technology from James Cameron’s film Avatar.
Assuming this is true: who should play his sweetheart, Mary Jane Watson?
